Please review the document in advance. By law, you must fully read and understand any document before signing it. The document must be signed in the presence of the notary - do not sign it in advance.
You should not sign if you are unwilling to do so. It is unlawful to execute a document while intoxicated or under any condition that impairs your judgment or comprehension.
Pease note that valid form of ID must be issued by the United State federal government or any U.S. state government. And valid form of ID must contain a photograph and signature of the signer and must not be expired.

Refusing to Notarize a Document
The signer does not understand the contents of the documents.
The signer is under duress or is unwilling to sign.
The signer cannot provide a valid forms of ID.
